After an exhaustive search, Ipro purchased a source code license from Hot Neuron LLC, creator of the Clustify text-analytics tool. This purchase allows Ipro to independently develop and maintain the analytics engine, while working closely with Hot Neuron. "Acquiring this code is pivotal for Ipro, because, without changing our business model, we now have granular control over the most crucial facets of our Automated Digital Discovery platform," said Ipro President and CEO Kim Taylor. "Given our decades of industry experience, Ipro's time-tested platform, and this new analytics technology, we're able to deliver complex solutions that are simple to use." Ipro's newly acquired Hot Neuron technology includes near de-duplication, clustering and concept searching. It leverages real-time learning to elevate Technology Assisted Review (TAR) to the next level. Both the new analytics technology as well as Ipro's recently developed proprietary email threading technology will be fully integrated with Ipro's ADD platform.
